Returns

Customers can return their online orders for a full refund of the item (excludes shipping) within 14 days after the shipment was received. The jewelry must be in the original unworn condition as you received it and proof of purchase needs to be provided.

Please contact us before shipping anything so that we can provide you with a return number and know why you would like to return the item. We recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Exchanges

Customers can exchange their online orders within 21 days after the shipment was received. The jewelry must be in the original unworn condition as you received it and proof of purchase needs to be provided.

Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide you with a return number and know why you are returning the item. If it's an exchange include item you would like to exchange it for. You can also exchange for a gift card which never expires.  We recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
